Feminine coaching is an opportunity for you to utilize my thirty-plus years of experience in the Transgender community.
While there are many ideas of what femininity is and isn't, I see femininity as something created, developed and appreciated both internally, as well as externally.
My coaching style seeks to help you better understand and appreciate yourself.
First impressions are important, but there is so much more to being feminine than
your shape and style. Let me assist you in creating your most beautiful self, inside
My goal is to help your integration of your feminine self into the rest of your life.
I aim to bring out your personal potential from within rather than fill it from
My coaching style is co-active and flexible to your needs, allowing your personal transition to happen on your timetable.
I identified as Transgender at the age 4. I was fortunate to have a very loving and supportive family. I transitioned completely between high school and college.
My education and background are in Psychology and Social Work. I spent years
working with at-risk youth, many of which were dealing with gender and sexual orientation issues.
In 1989, I moved to Burlington VT, where I lived for 11 years. While in Vermont
I started my first non-profit, working with at-risk youth and their families, I also
started a non-pubic school program and my coaching practice.
I moved to Southern California in 2000 and Northern California in 2001. When I first
arrived in California my personal coaching practice was my primary focus and in 2002, I started utilizing my coaching skills, as well as
my social work background to work for the California Juvenile Court System.
In 2005, I left the court system to go back to my roots, working with the LGBT Community. I was the CEO of the largest LGBT Center in the Silicon Valley. While
in this position, I made the personal choice of living openly and publicly as a
member of transgender community. While this choice brought about several challenges,
the rewards and opportunities far outweighted those challenges.
One of those opportunities arrived in 2010 when my husband and I were approached by Carla Blair and were asked to consider purchasing her business "Carla’s", as she was ready to step back and retire. The business has been an amazing platform to launched Whipped Kream, Our Adult site, The Social Club, our club for the transgender and Cross-dressing community, Sweet Forbidden, our boutique, Aejaie.com , my coaching website assisting those looking to find their feminine side.

How does coaching work?
Coaching is a one-on-one interactive relationship that helps you identify and accomplish your goals faster than you could on their own. The objective of the coaching engagement is to accelerate your transformation and understanding of how you look to live your life.
Like sports coaches, I help you focus on your goals and how to achieve them. Through active dialogue, we illuminate the "blind spots," those obstacles that keep you from success. Coaching focuses on the client’s taking action toward their goals.
I help my clients recognize and develop their special talents, and move beyond their obstacles. The coach-client relationship requires a mutual commitment to action, follow-through, and accountability.
- A collaborative relationship, driven by you, the client and supported by me, your coach.
-A method to help clients discover their most fulfilling lives, develop plans to achieve those lives, and stay on track in following those plans.
- Focused mainly on the present and future, with the goal of creating greater awareness and positive change.
- An investment of time and energy that usually gives back what it is given.
Coaching is not...
- Counseling, social work, or psychotherapy
- Coaching does not focus on emotional, mental, or psychological healing, although that may be a natural byproduct of the positive change it can bring about.
- Advice-giving, consultation, or training - The client is considered the expert in the coaching relationship, not the coach.
- Resume building, job search assistance, or career placement
- Magic or a "free ride" - Although coaching can help people make seemingly miraculous changes in their lives, this is almost always the result of concentrated effort and perseverance on the client's part.
What kind of coach are you?
Technically speaking, I am a Feminine/Transition Coach. Generally speaking, I coach people who are looking to connect with their feminine side and in some cases their gender, to become the women, in the way they desire. It could be that you’re feeling stuck or have a nagging feeling of being in the wrong body. Maybe you have a general feeling of disappointment in yourself or you’re just plain tired of going through the motions and pretending that everything is ok when it’s not. Together, we will figure out where you are and where you want to go from here. We’ll then formulate a plan for getting there. It’s simple but not always easy because you’ll experience roadblocks and fear along the way. That is where my experience and training come in and will help you keep focused and on track as we push through the tough stuff.
Will you really, help me “transition?”
I will listen to you, encourage you and hold you accountable. I am compassionate AND I won’t let you make excuses or tell stories. As your coach, I am your support system and a mirror to your life. Sometimes we all need a positive push to get us moving on a path to change. I am a “no excuses” kind of coach. So, while I can’t actually make any transition happen, I can assist you in the creating the level of transition you desire.
What is the typical profile of your clients?
My clients span a broad spectrum but do have some things in common. My clients generally identify as Cross-Dressers, Transgender, Transsexuals, Gender Fluid or some variation of the Gender Spectrum; they are ambitious, open minded and accountable. They are successful in life and want to reach the next level.
If I hire a coach does it mean I’m messed up and can’t handle my life?
Absolutely not, everyone needs support, especially someone who is looking to transition. I was once someone who didn’t think I needed support and thought it was a sign of weakness to ask for help. I was sooooo wrong. You can be a perfectly well adjusted, intelligent individual who also has some challenges in your life. Transition takes not only a strong group of supportive professionals, but supportive people, like your coach who believe in you and the decision you are making.
For some people, talking to a coach is the first time they get to experience someone really listening to them. For others, the coach serves as a mirror for them so they can see their life-path more clearly. Other people really just need an accountability partner. I truly believe that everyone needs a coach who can support them in being who they want, getting over past hurts/trauma and having the life they envision.
What if I’m afraid to work with a coach? What if I'm afraid or nervous about bringing up area of my life I don’t want to talk about.
A good coach will never force you to talk about anything you don’t want to talk about. However, a good coach will challenge you to take a good look at what’s stopping you from addressing the issue.
Change is never easy. In order to move forward in your life and make desired changes, you will have to get out of your comfort zone. If you aren’t ready to get out of your comfort zone, at least a little bit, you may not be ready to work with a coach. However, if you are willing to expand your horizons, you will be in for an exciting ride!
Do I have to be in Silicon Valley to work with you?
No, as our coaching sessions will take place over the phone or Skype. I live in California and have clients all over. All international clients coaching sessions are via Skype so there are no long distance phone charges. I can work with clients in any time zone.
I would love to work with a coach but I can’t afford it.
Don’t make that assumption until we’ve had a chance to talk. I offer a wide-variety of payment structures and plans that can work with almost any budget.
If you still doubt you can afford it, know this: choosing to spend money on a coach is choosing to invest in you. When you become a priority in your own life, you’ll work hard to find the money to invest in it. Think about the changes you want to make in your life. If you could put a dollar value on each change, what would it be worth to achieve them? You'll have one less latte a day? Or maybe go to one less ballgame? Sacrificing a couple dinners or movies out a month? Choosing your life’s goals over a those new shoes?
What it boils down to is this: when you are truly ready and committed to making the changes you seek in your life, you will commit to finding the money for a coach.
What if I spend the money and then find out coaching isn’t for me?
If you find that’s the case, I offer a 100% money back guarantee. Here is how it works: we have at least 3 consecutive weekly sessions. You participate fully and do all of the assigned homework – yes, there is homework when you have a coach! If at the end of the three weeks, if you then feel that you have received NO value from our sessions, I will refund 100% of your money.
What are you waiting for?
